DAILY - Stays of 6 nights or less.
- For stays of 6 nights or less, send us your inquiries through our Daily
Inquiry form by clicking below. - Floor requests are not accepted prior to check in.
- Reservations can be arranged up to a maximum 6 months in advance.
- Reservations can also be arranged directly over the telephone.
WEEKLY/MONTHLY - Stays of 7 nights or more
- For stays of over 7 nights, send us your inquiries through our Weekly/Monthly
Inquiry form by clicking below. - Floor requests are not accepted prior to check in.
- Reservations can be arranged up to a maximum 6 months in advance.
- Reservations can also be arranged directly over the telephone or by email.
- Discount rates apply for stays of more than 7 nights.
- -Daily rate: 1-6 nights
- -Weekly rate: 7-29 nights
- -Monthly rate: 30 nights and more
- *Rates vary depending on the length of stay.
- Advance full payment of room charges prior to check-in or upon check-in is required.
- For stays more than 30 nights (monthly stay), please settle the account balance of the current month and make the payment of the room charges for the next month at the end of month.
- We accept (VISA・ Master・JCB・AMEX・銀聯・Debit Card and Diners)credit cards.
- There will be a fee adjustment when you are on weekly and monthly rate and the length of your stay is changed.
- Room rates and other service fees may change with prior notice.
- Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations. Following cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless made under special terms and conditions.

- Please notify us in advance when your arrival is expected to be after 9:00PM.
- Your reservation may be cancelled if we have not received your notification past 9:00PM.
- *Cancellation of an entire reservation for consequent nights
When the entire reservation for consequent nights is cancelled、cancelation penalties above applies to the maximum of the initial 3 days of the reservation.
- Room rates vary depending on the length of your stay. Please confirm the applicable rate type before the final reservation.
- For corporate and group hotel reservations, we strongly recommend to call us in Tokyo for detailed assistance.
- There is a possibility of the change in Room rates. Please confirm at the time of making a reservation.
- Accommodation tax may apply depending on the room charges per person.
- less than JPY 10,000/night & person: no tax
- more than JPY 10,000 and less than 15,000/night & person: JPY 100/person
- more than 15,000/night & person: JPY 200/person
