  • Reservations can be arranged up to 3 months in advance.

Our 3 Different Rate Systems

  • Discounted rates apply for stays of 7 nights or more.
    See 'Rooms & Rates' for further details
  • Daily Rate 1 - 6 nights stay
  • Weekly Rate 7 - 29 nights stay
  • Monthly Rate 30 and above nights stay

Payment Methods

  • Advance payment in full is required prior to or upon checking into the hotel.
  • All major credit cards are accepted.
    Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, Union Pay.
  • *Room rates and other service fees may change without prior notice.

Check In & Check Out Information

  • Check In Time: 2:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Check Out Time: 7:00am - 12:00noon
  • *Contact us for details on availability of Early Check In and Late Check Out
  • *Notify us in advance if you are expected to arrive past 9:00pm
     Failure to notify us may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking

Cancellation Policies

  • Notify us immediately of any changes or cancellation.
  • The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
  • Cancellation Date No Show / Check In Day 1 Day Prior 2 Days Prior
    Cancellation Fee (% of 1 nights stay) 100% 80% 50%
  • *Cancel by 9pm to be in effect for same day.
  • *Cancellations after 9pm will be processed the next day and 100% cancellation fee will apply for both the first and second night.
  • *For reservation of consecutive nights, all policies above apply for up to the 3rd night.
     E.g. Cancel booking of 3 nights stay on day of check in: 100% for 1st night, 80% for 2nd night and 50% for 3rd night.

Accommodation Tax (Tokyo metropolitan tax)

  • Accommodation Tax may apply accordingly on the room charges per person
  • No Tax: Less than JPY10,500/night/person
  • JPY100/person: JPY10,500 - JPY15,000/night/person
  • JPY200/person: JPY15,000 and above/night/person
