We have two surfaces per electric stove.
- Do your rooms have bathtubs?

Only our Deluxe and Suite rooms have bathtubs.
- Which rooms do not have a view from the window?

Unfortunately, our Standard and Deluxe rooms are face an adjacent building and have no view.
- Do you have twin beds?

Yes, our Suite rooms have Hollywood twin beds.
- What is the maximum capacity per room?

Our Suite room can accommodate three people. All other rooms are for two.
- Can we see the Skytree® and Sensoji Temple from a room?

The Skytree® and Sensoji Temple can be seen from our Executive and Skypremium rooms.
- Can we request for high-floor rooms?

Our building is total 7th floor and we recommend you to book the Executive and the Skypremium room plans which are on 6th or 7th floor guarantee.
- Do you have any wheelchair friendly rooms?

Yes, all our rooms are wheelchair friendly.
- Do your rooms have a desk?

Yes, we have it in all rooms.
- Do your rooms have dining tables?

Only the Suite rooms have dining tables and we have rental folding tables are available for other types of rooms, also there is a folding chair in the closet in all rooms.

- What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. (*may differ depending on your plan)
- Can we check-in after 9pm?

Yes, our concierge is closed at 9pm but we have night security staff here.
(*Please kindly let us know in advance if you would like late check-in.) - Can we check-in before 3:00pm or extend our stay after 11:00am?

Yes, we have soy sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil for 150JPY(tax incl.)/each.
- Do you have special rate for children?

Yes, children under six year-old who share a bed stay for free.
(*Please be noted children over 7 year-old are considered as adults.) - Can we ship our luggage/packages to the hotel before check-in?

Yes, you are able to ship them from 1 week before check-in, please be sure to include your reservation name and check-in date on the delivery slip.
(*Please be noted we are not able to keep frozen/refrigerated items.) - Can we ship our luggage/packages from your hotel?

Yes, you are able to ship your luggage/packages from our hotel during Concierge business hours between 7:00am to 9:00pm.
- Do you have baby beds?

Yes, we charge for 3300JPY(tax incl.) every 7 nights. Items are limited in number.
